Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be greeted by a professional English-speaking tour guide from Golavita Travel. You are requested to wait for them in the luggage belt inside your terminal with them carrying a signboard displaying your full name to collect you. From there, you are going to be transferred to your hotel in Cairo or Giza for check-in and your 6 days Egypt classic tour.
Upon your request, enjoy the Sound and Light Show at Giza in the evening. This show introduces you to not only how the Egyptian pyramids were constructed but also highlights the Pyramids of Giza with its magnificent illumination, followed by an elaboration on the fabulous history of Egypt by the Great Sphinx.
This also includes your overnight stay at a hotel in Cairo or Giza and a welcome drink to get you started on this Egyptian adventure.
You will be taken after your breakfast to the Giza pyramids: the Great Pyramid of Cheops, the second pyramid of Chephren, and the smallest royal pyramid in Giza, which was built for King Mycerinus. Your informative tour guide will give historical information on the Sphinx and take you down to the Valley Temple, otherwise known as the mummification temple of King Chephren. It was built from Aswan granite quarries and lined with white alabaster. Afterward, you will be transferred for touring purposes to the Egyptian Museum to see all of the treasury of Tutankhamun. You will have lunch before moving to the Coptic Cairo tour which involves touring the old churches and synagogues, among them the Hanging Church, the Church of the Holy Family, and the Ben Ezra Synagogue.
Finally, spend the night at your hotel in Cairo. Meals include Breakfast and lunch.
On the third day, after breakfast at your hotel, check out, and our driver from Golavita Travel will accompany you for an hour's drive from Giza to Cairo International Airport.
Travel by air to Aswan for approximately one hour, upon arrival, you will be warmly received and transferred for check-in onto the MS Semiramis Nile Cruise, which is one of the 5-star Egypt Nile River Cruises highly rated by visitors.
This afternoon, your professional guide and driver will pick you up for a relaxed sailing experience on the Nile River by Felucca. Enjoy the views of Kitchener's Island and Agha Khan Mausoleum as you take afternoon tea.

After breakfast on the Nile Cruise, your Aswan Day trips will start by visiting the Aswan High Dam, known to be the reason for the economic development in Egypt. You then visit the Unfinished Obelisk, which was ordered by Queen Hatshepsut and is considered a monument of great importance. After that, you will continue your journey by visiting the Temple Philae and admire the main temple dedicated to Isis, the goddess, and her son Horus. The entrance is represented by two granite lions that reflect Byzantine artistry.
Return to your Nile cruise vessel, which will sail further towards Kom Ombo. During your cruise, take the opportunity for an open-buffet lunch on board of your luxurious cruise. Upon arrival, you will meet your personal tour guide for a fascinating tour of the Temple of Kom Ombo. It's a dual temple built during the Ptolemaic period, worshiped by ancient Egyptians for the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus. After that, Egypt Nile Cruises will sail to Edfu, where you will have afternoon tea on board. This will be catered with a cocktail, so please dress smartly, as you will be extended a warm welcome by the Captain.
